Our Building In A Box Portable Buildings come standard with a 4 foot door with knob and 2 keys, treated Advantech flooring, floor joists at 16" apart, 2x4 studs at 2' apart, and an instructional video. All metal comes with a 40 year warranty. Also, all of our metal and wood is 95% pre-cut.
